The acquisition process

Six phases, from the list to the deal.

Screening

We define the target profile according to your investment thesis: sector, size, geography and key criteria. We start from the full universe of companies and filter it down to a final list to work with.

Outreach

We contact the owners of every company on the list through every channel (call, email, letter, LinkedIn and visit) to find out whether there is an interest in selling.

Validation

We confirm the interest in selling and meet the owners: history and shareholders, motivation to sell, what they are looking for and the expected price.

Presentation

We prepare a presentation note on each validated company: financials, business, team, customers and risks, with the points to watch.

Support

We set up the meeting between buyer and owners, coordinate the exchange of information and support you in negotiating the offer (price and structure) through the LOI.

Closing

Due diligence, purchase agreement and coordination with legal counsel through signing.

Throughout the process you receive regular updates from the platform: companies contacted, replies, confirmed interest in selling, meetings and ongoing negotiations, with the full conversion funnel from the initial universe to the offers sent.
